Now that we've finished all of the shots of the animation we can finally move onto post-production. To edit the scenes we will use Premier Pro. While in Premiere Pro I found a problem with the image of the video with it being zoomed in. This was fixed by changing the scale from 100.0 to 19.0. Although I don't know the source of the problem it is some relief that I know a way to fix it. And if it caused any problems with putting it onto YouTube then I will turn the scale back to 100.0 and adjusting the text boxes accordingly.
Now that the problem is fixed I can start focusing on the animation. While working on it I render the video so that the video does not lag or has any other problems.
When I finished putting the video's into place I started work on adding text boxes. This was because of time restraints and I couldn't get any voices for the animation.
When editing sound I made sure that I took the volume into consideration. If the music is too loud then it will distract from the animation. I also added the Highpass effect on the first part of the animation and slowed it down to 75% to add an ominous effect. I also added the Exponential fade transition to add a smooth transition between the two.
For the UFO landing sound effect I reversed the sound to that the effect sounded more powerful at the end of the sequence. I also made sure to lower the volume.
After adding in all of the effects, music and transitions I can now say that I am finally finished in Post-production.
